Deep down I knew that there was a way in which I could use my mind to enhance my life-style and although I have had success in achieving minor changes I never managed to complete the transformation from conscious direct action (interfering with the process) to one of sub-conscious guidance (going with the flow) Your series of videos have pulled the veil from my eyes and I look forward to implementing the advice you have so freely given.
